This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program has been approved by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 5.0 Mainpro+ credits.
We invite you to attend our 9th Annual CME Course which has been designed to provide primary care providers with the latest practical and evidence-based knowledge in providing geriatric care.
This year’s Sessions and Workshops will include: Top 10 Articles of 2021, Caring for Older Indigenous Adults, Geriatrics Diabetes Update, Managing Complex Dementia as well as Polypharmacy Scenarios and more!
The program for the day will consist of four interactive lectures in the morning, followed by concurrent breakout sessions. Attendees will be given the option to select two breakout sessions of their choice.
