Sinai Health/UHN Healthy Ageing 101 Education Series

Healthy Ageing 101 is a free, virtual health education series open to all. Every month, September through June, a new health topic related to healthy ageing is discussed. During the one hour session, attendees will hear from an expert speaker and have the opportunity to participate in a 30 minute question and answer session.

Sessions are hosted through ZOOM and offered with Closed Captioning.
